At Trading Authority, we strive to provide high-quality market data and analytics. However, we understand that our service may not be the right fit for everyone. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically generate a refund for the unused portion of the term.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the Service due to a technical error on our end that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours).
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or double-charged due to a payment processing error.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Users Only): First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that no excessive data scraping or abuse of the service has occurred.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Partial months of service (except as noted above).
• Fees incurred for crypto payments (gas fees, network fees).
• Renewals that were not cancelled prior to the billing date.
